AC/DC “History”: Rufus Publications’ limited edition, three-volume set celebrating their remarkable journey

AC/DC have sold more than 200 million records worldwide, including 71.5 million albums in the United States, making them one of the biggest bands in the world. 2024 sees them take to the stage once more to celebrate their latest album Power Up.

In 2023 they celebrated their 50th Anniversary and Rufus Publications is delighted to announce the publication of a limited edition, three volume set celebrating their remarkable journey simply titled "HISTORY".

This huge unofficial boxset of books breaks the history down into three volumes covering the 70's, the 80's and the 90's through to 2024 with hundreds of rare and classic photographs from some of music's greatest photographers, memorabilia and linking essays by Geoff Barton, Dave Ling and Jerry Ewing. The book has taken months to put together and represents the ultimate celebration of rock's greatest sons. All line ups of the band are celebrated

Each hardback book measures 310mm square, is casebound with a matt laminated and foiled cover and all three books are presented in a luxury slipcase together with two 250mm tall guitar replicas of a Gibson Les Paul and a Gretsch and three high resolution 3D lenticulars in a presentation box, making this a superb collectible for fans of the band. The spines feature a classic shot of Angus by legendary Photographer Ross Halfin. Only 500 numbered copies are being printed with a small number of the individual books being made available.

The individual books can be preordered at £79 each and the main boxset will sell for £299. For the month of June the pre-order for the box set is discounted by 30% to £210, in July the price is discounted by 20% to £239 and for August the boxset is discounted by 10% to £270 plus delivery worldwide.
